An Overview
Our curriculum focuses strongly on building effective communication skills in Arabic, English and Bangla. Arabic being the language of the Qur’an, the aim is to make students fluent in all the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. By the end of their secondary school, they should be able to read any text in Arabic, write creatively and speak with confidence.
The medium of instruction for general subjects at Madrasatun Naseeha is English. Therefore, a strong emphasis is given on English language classes. English being the global lingua franca, it is imperative that students achieve an advanced level of fluency and proficiency in the language. It will prepare them for their future academic career and profession.
The curriculum also focuses on a strong foundation in English, addressing the fact that in many English medium schools today students often remain very weak in their mother tongue. For this reason, besides specific classes for Bangla language, the curriculum includes Islamic Studies in Bangla at the elementary level of education.
